Coaching Summary:

To invest in excellence and mastery by helping to develop and raise the technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills and fundamentals required to allow each player to become the best player that he is capable of becoming. There are no magical formulas or gimmicks to becoming a better soccer player. Improvement, achievement and success are the result of hard work, dedication, sacrifice and of course, quality training.

Winning is neither excellence nor mastery.  Create a fun and learning environment. Players should have a positive attitude to learning and continue to learn and improve.  Make your mistakes a positive - refusing to let mistakes or fear of making mistakes sidetrack the player's progress or development.

Honor the game of soccer. Players, parents and coaches are representing their club, team, family and most importantly themselves. Respect the rules, team, teammates, practices, games, and parents.  Respect opponents; they are only opponents on the field.

Education:   Masters in Education

Most Memorable Soccer/Highlight:

Playing in the NCAA Tournament along side of Santiago Hernan Solari (current Inter Milan Player, Formerly of Real Madrid and an Argentinean National Team Player).

Remember the name Kyle Bethel (KB), he is my nephew, a junior in high school and at the point of deciding where he wants to go to college. Kyle is a forward, and I have enjoyed training him and watching him grow and develop since the age of 5. I have watched Kyle (KB) grow as a person and a soccer player from home videos to watching him on a Fox FC episode where they talked about my KB and two of his teammates from Matchfit Academy in New Jersey.  They were going down to Brazil for the Nike 2006 Joga 3  3 vs. 3 Tournament where they lost in the finals to the eventual winners from Spain. KB was also invited to train last summer with the Trinidad and Tobago National Football Team (the same TnT from the 2006 World Cup in Germany).
