2005 REFEREE CLINIC ON-LINE PRE-REGISTRATION

 

The following clinics are currently being offered by EYSA. In order to streamline the registration process, you can pre-register for any clinic by clicking on the ID number of the clinic you are interested in. Fill out the on-line application form and submit it . Within a couple of minutes, via email, you will receive a confirmation of the clinic that you have pre-registered for. PRINT the email, sign it and return it to the address on the email with your registration check for:

                       

                                          $45 if you are signing up for the Entry Level Grade 8 Clinic.

                        $30 if you are signing up for the Recertification Clinic.

 

Once we receive it, you will be notified by email that you have been confirmed to the clinic. Please note, until we receive the signed form and your check, you are NOT confirmed to the clinic. By using the on-line system, you are helping us improve our registration process. Thank you.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF SPACES, EYSA REFEREES WILL BE GIVEN FIRST OPTION AT CLINICS. IF YOU ARE AN OUT OF ASSOCIATION REFEREE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONFIRM A SPACE FOR YOU UNTIL 48 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF A CLINIC.
